Safran RHA - BFA Ground Lease
The use of RSA 205:1-b statute, coupled with the collaboration of the City of Rochester - Office of Economic Development, The NH Business Finance Authority and the Rochester Housing Authority, attracted Safran Aerospace Composites to locate their 345,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the City.
The Ground Lease is held by the Rochester Housing Authority and TIF funds are used to pay back bonds for the creation of the Innovation Drive bridge and specialized site work for the facility.
